Since ancient times all wise cultures have known the value of retreat, to listen deeply to our body, heart and mind. It gives us a time to reflect and reconnect with what matters most. After a retreat you’ll leave feeling refreshed, with a greater clarity of mind and a deepened awareness.
Ali and Mark are a husband and wife team giving you 2 experienced yoga teachers with different teaching styles, so there is something for everyone.
About The Three-Day Mindfulness Retreat:
This three-day mindfulness retreat offers a space to relax, unwind and learn valuable skills. It provides the opportunity to step out of the busy-ness and complexity of your life and recharge the batteries. Our retreats combine the beauty of nature with extensive time for yoga, mindfulness practice and healthy food providing a fertile ground for healing, restoration and inner growth.
YOU WILL EXPERIENCE
Over the course of the three days, you’ll be guided through 3 classes of mindful yoga each day, including different styles of Yoga (accessible to all levels of experience), There will be Asana (posture practice) Guided Seated Meditation, Walking Meditation, Pranayama (breathwork) An introduction to Mindfulness, Journaling, and a Yoga Nidra at the end of each day (a practice of deep relaxation and rest) People come to this practice in PJs. You will be tucked up under a blanket with a guided meditation after which you can drift off to bed for a delicious deep sleep.
