We are teaching online via Zoom and have classes face to face at
Richings Park  9:45 -10:45am Tuesdays
The Literary Institute in Egham 6.00-7:00pm Wednesdays
and in Windsor at Yoga for Harmony 9.45-11:00am Thursdays 
We also teach a Restorative and Yoga Nidra class the first Saturday of each month at Yoga for Harmony in Windsor 4.00-5.30pm. A 90 min class with Ali & Mark
