Yoga for Everyone
These are some of the different styles of yoga you would experience with us.

Restorative Yoga
In a world where we are constantly "plugged in" many people find it difficult to truly relax. In today’s environment of “cortisol living”, “constantly doing” and not
finding time for just “being” means we are struggling to find balance and harmony.
This Restorative and Relaxation workshop with Yoga Nidra promotes a sense of "deep rest". There are 2 of us (husband and wife team - Mark and Ali) so we divide the teaching between us, and therefore can offer assistance and support whilst the other is leading. We are here to guide you into a feeling of ease, peace and calm. There is nothing for you to do except listen to the words, and give yourselves permission to just “be”. We will guide you through certain postures and help you feel supported.
We Invite you to allow yourselves to spend this time dropping into softness, feeling what it is like to come “home”.
We teach the workshops the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month in Windsor. The whole practice is done in candlelight, and we use bolsters and other props, blankets etc to fully support the body. In this way a deep sense of relaxation is cultivated so that we can help you to restore, re-set, and find space from the busy-ness of life.
